'Playa Hater'

I recently started some new paintings. These painting are exploring the same themes as my Tie Paintings with exactly the same means but just with a different kitch item.
This time I have chose to use floral patterns. I feel the same ideas can be expressed by using this, as I feel there isn't much difference between tie-dye and floral - they both have an extensive history, they both are kitch and both have been in and out of fashion more times then the Jheri Curl. Sexual Chocolate. (No, that never went out!)
